  • Flexibility to manage part-time tasks alongside other commitments.

  • Familiarity with online chat tools and task management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients via chat, addressing inquiries and providing clear, professional responses.

  • Track client tasks and coordinate effectively with the legal team to ensure accurate updates and progress.

  • Present unified updates to clients based on input from the legal team and internal processes.

  • Learn and follow established procedures for customer support and task management.

  • Maintain professionalism in all client interactions, reflecting our company’s values.

  • Respond promptly to team communications to ensure seamless coordination and client satisfaction.

  • Provide feedback on support processes and suggest improvements as you gain experience.
